Service Description

This is a 1 hour Sound Healing either in person at the Resonant Healing Sound Space in Grosmont NP7 or the healing can be sent in at a distance allowing you to be in the comfort of your home at a mutually convenient time. A sound healing can be deeply relaxing to experience and often people can fall asleep during the treatment. Along with many different sounds that may be created there will be a period of silence to allow integration of the sounds received. It is important to drink lots of water after a treatment to allow the healing to be processed and any blockages to be released.
